When the handle is extended to the desired length, allow the release button to seat back into the pre-set slot to lock in handle length. "These nets are the best! I use all kinds of methods to catch fish, from slip bobbers, jigging, live bait rigging, to trolling. With these nets you can adjust the easy sliding handle to the length that is the easiest for you, to net your fish. It is very easy to change the size of the hoop by screwing it off, and screwing another on. Can't beat the versatility of these nets when fishing. Not to mention that when you get home you can remove the hoop and screw a brush head on, and scrub the underside of the boat as well."
