Refund policy

ITEMS PURCHASED DIRECTLY FROM EGO FISHING MAY BE RETURNED WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE.

Full product refund less merchant processing and shipping fees will be issued to the original payment method as soon as the item(s) is received by EGO Fishing. Returned items must be in new, unused, and resalable condition with all original tags and packaging. If items are not received in new and resalable condition, item(s) will be returned to you.

Items marked "Final Sale" are not eligible for return. Gift certificates are non-refundable.  

Items marked "Final Sale" on a product page are not eligible for return or exchange and are not eligible for store credit. Please read final sale item descriptions carefully. Final Sale items sent back to us will not be credited back to your account so please take care in ordering. 

ITEM EXCHANGE  

If you wish to exchange an item you can return it to EGO Fishing, provided it is in new and resalable condition. Include with the package a note with instructions on the exchange you’d like to make that includes the item# for the item you wish to exchange for and your contact information. When the returned item is received we will contact you directly to process the exchange and ensure it is shipped to the correct address. 

WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE REFUNDED? 

Transit time back to the warehouse may take up to 7 business days. Once your return is received a refund will be processed. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to appear on your original form of payment (depending on your financial institution).
