Great and bad at thebsame time
"Love the handle function and strength of the kryptek s2 slider 9 foot handled net. Finally got to use it on lake erie walleye this past week. The bad... the super small net hoops. The net wont catch a hook, but the super small hoops in the netting allows large crank baits to get in and twist up the material around the hooks. Every fish netted took a minimum of 5 minutes to get hooks out of the net. Wish they offered larger spacing in the net hoops. Just glad it wasn't tournament day. May have to spend an additional 200 bucks on a diferent brand just for tournament day."

- If you would like the rubber mesh net head with the EGO Kryptek S2 Slider-REACH handle then you can purchase each component (net head and handle) separately. You will find them under the Tools and Accessories link on the home page.
- Is this net good for saltwater fishing?
- All EGO S2 Slider landing nets are good for saltwater fishing. However, the proper care must given to the product or issue will eventually arise. The product needs to be flushed with fresh clean water after each use and all metal components periodically treated with an anti-corrosion agent such as Corrosion X.
